This OctaMED V3-V5 Source disk is Copyright 1994 RBF Software
It has been released to programmers via Seasoft Computing, DevWare,
the Fred Fish library and reputable bbs services.
Like the OctaMED program ( versions 3 through 5 ), it is NOT public Domain,
however, unlike the OctaMED version numbers mentioned above, public domain
libraries are very welcome to offer this programmers disk for no more than
£1.50 , as to charge any more than this is fraudulent to say the least!!
This programmers Source disk now also includes the FULL Med/OctaMED history
and also contains a special proplayer.a routine for using SFX.
It is important to note that all files have been crunched using the
Powerpacker© program to allow them all to fit onto this one disk.
If you have not allready applied for a programmers licence then it is in
your own interests to do so by printing out, ( or copying ), the copyright
licence file contained on this disk titled "programmers" and send it to:
RBF Software. 169,Dale Valley Road, Hollybrook, Southampton. S016 6QX
Those private/individual programmers that intend to use the libraries
only within and for release as Public Domain programs, ( no charges made ),
are more than welcome to make use of these routines in their progs.
Those programmers intending to release a prog under the liceneware or
Copyright banner, MUST, ( to avoid legal problems ), READ ON:
IMPORTANT -> Versions 2, 3, 4 & 5 routines are also copyright RBF Software
Companies and Programmers that are intending to use the libraries within a
commercial, or even the now popular "budget" progs being sold via PD
libraries that pay the author a "share of the sales", MUST, to avoid
undesirable legal problems regarding the use of our Copyrighted libraries,
fill in and return the copyright licence form found on this diskette..
We believe all commercial/part-time programmers that are intending to
earn money from the routines will see this as fair, considering the high
earnings that are often forthcoming from their usage in such ventures.
PLEASE BE HONEST AND KEEP THE AMIGA ALIVE!
